It has 3 layers with a soft fabric layer next to the skin which is overlaid with 2 soft net layers. The elasticated waistband is covered with soft satin fabric so it is very comfortable for little ones to wear.

At the waist is a delicate ribbon bow with a large fabric flower and there are masses of fabric petals all around the hem for a show stopping look. 

Made from 100% polyester fabrics. Washable at 40 degrees.

To fit ages 3-4 years approximately. Skirt length is 28 cm
