We LOVE character capes here at Time to Dress Up. They are worn over normal clothes and are so easy and quick to put on and take off so playing dress-up is a breeze.

This Dragon cape is a bit special with its' soft red plush fabric, shiny gold webbed wings and rows of padded spikes from the top of the head to the tip of the tail.
