Delivery Details - Free Delivery Over £40

Free UK Standard Delivery on All Orders £40 or More 

We hate to pay for delivery and we’re sure you do too.  That’s why we offer completely FREE UK Saver Delivery for any order that exceeds £40

For orders less than £40 we charge as little as possible for delivery.  Full details and costs are below.  You will be given a choice of options at checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Due to the ongoing strike action by Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee Next Day delivery will be achieved. This is because Royal Mail have suspended their guarantee during the period of disruption. We are also using alternative carriers where appropriate to try to achieve the best service for our customers.

Deliveries to European Countries and Internationally

Note about Brexit; For deliveries to countries within the EU we will ship all orders via Royal Mail International Tracked service with a completed CN22 Customs Declaration label attached. Depending on the destination country there may be delays at customs and import or tax charges to pay. This is outside of our control.

For non EU countries and the rest of the world we usually ship by Royal mail International tracked service. For parcels heavier than 5 kg we use a reputable tracked courier service.

Other Important Notes:

The times listed above exclude weekends and bank holidays.

The delivery times shown are from the date of dispatch, we aim to dispatch all orders received by 12.30pm on the same day.

A full postal address is required and a contact phone number or email address in case we need to contact you about your order. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

BFPO (THE BRITISH FORCES POST OFFICE) DELIVERIES -

If you choose to have your goods delivered to a BFPO address please remember to enter your BFPO and code number e.g. BFPO 1234 into the postcode field. You must also select the Next Day delivery option at checkout to ensure there are no delays to your delivery.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS DUTIES?

Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of our control, and vary dependent on the delivery country.  It is therefore impossible for us to estimate customs and import charges in advance. For up to date and accurate information, you should contact your local customs office to avoid unexpected charges.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. 

If you choose to have your goods delivered by UK Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made when placed no later than 11.30am.  Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within estimated delivery times. Please contact us if your order takes longer than 5 days from the dispatch date.

UK Next Day Delivery – When will I receive my order?

To receive your order the next day you must place your order by no later than 12.30pm Monday - Thursday. However, please note there are some exceptions as explained below,

Orders placed after 12.30pm on Thursday but before 12.30pm on Friday, will be delivered the following Monday.

Orders placed after 12.30pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

What delivery carriers do you use?

For the majority of our deliveries we use sent by Royal mail.  On occasion your order will be delivered by Hermes, UPS or other national courier. 

What if no one is in?

Most deliveries do not require a signature.  For Royal mail Guaranteed Next Day deliveries if no one is in the parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.  A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot.
