Returns, Refunds and Exchanges;

We hope you are happy with your purchase but we understand that on occasion it is necessary to return an item for a refund or an exchange.

You can return an item up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, any exchange or refund is at our discretion. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in its’ original packaging with any tags still attached.

Returns procedure;

1. Email us at to advise us of your return or exchange and to get a returns number. Mark this number on the parcel.

2. Please pack your item carefully so that it arrives in good condition. Enclose a copy of your goods receipt.

Important note; Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless faulty or wrongly supplied.

3. We recommend using a trackable postage service such as Royal Mail 1st Class signed for and keep the receipt as proof of postage. We cannot process any refund or exchange until we have received the original item in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow 2-3 working days for your refund to be processed.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty or was supplied in error. 

Where goods are supplied with Free Standard Shipping and all or part of the order is returned we will deduct the standard shipping charge from the refunded amount.

In some circumstances a partial refund may be applied, such as where items are returned with missing parts, or original packaging is damaged or missing.

Sale items; we regret that sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.


If you are returning an item for exchange please leave a clear note inside the parcel. We will dispatch the replacement item free of charge.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item as long as the above procedure is followed.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Goods not Received;

We despatch goods according to the delivery method selected at check out. For orders placed before 12.30pm the below shipping times apply;

For Standard Delivery allow 3-5 working days to receive your goods

For Priority Delivery allow 2 working days to receive your goods

For Next Day Delivery allow 1-2 working days to receive your goods

We are unable to accept refunds for goods that arrive too late if the wrong shipping rate is selected.
