Returns, Refunds and Exchanges;
We hope you are happy with your purchase but we understand that on occasion it is necessary to return an item for a refund or an exchange.
You can return an item up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, any exchange or refund is at our discretion
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in its’ original packaging with any tags still attached.
Important note; Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please pack your item carefully so that it arrives in good condition. Enclose a copy of your goods receipt.
If you are returning an item over £25 in value consider using a trackable postage service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot process any refund or exchange until we have received the original item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 working days for your refund to be processed.
Please note that unless the item is faulty we are unable to refund the cost of postage or shipping (original postage and return postage). Only the value of the goods will be refunded.
In some circumstances a partial refund may be applied, such as where items are returned with missing parts, or original packaging is damaged or missing.
Sale items; we regret that sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Exchanges; If you need to exchange an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item as long as the above procedure is followed.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Goods not Received;
We despatch goods according to the delivery method selected at check out. For orders placed before 12.30pm the below shipping times apply;
For Standard Delivery allow 3-5 working days to receive your goods
For Priority Delivery allow 2 working days to receive your goods
For Next Day Delivery allow 1 working day to receive your goods
We are unable to accept refunds for goods that arrive too late if the wrong shipping rate is selected.
